Connect with fellow runners of WERQ Run Club and explore the outdoors with an easy long run. This running feature a mix of fast-paced intervals—ranging from 200m to 800m—with slow recovery runs in between.
WERQ Run ClubThese intervals are key to developing speed endurance, meaning regular participation can help you run faster for longer periods. We’ll gather at Bar Bario and then head to Vondelpark for a nice training. For the interval training, running shoes are required. Especially when you don't recognize yourself in the other people in the gym, don't know which locker room to go into, or feel like you have to pretend to be someone else. Working out is only fun in a place where you feel completely accepted and welcome.That's why We Are Queer, a gym where we keep binary divisions at bay, where you can work out and no outfit is too much.
