Samen verkennen we wat belonging betekent, welke rol inburgering daarin speelt, en hoe mensen vanuit hun eigen ervaring bouwen aan een warmere start voor anderen in de stad.

Film & Conversation | De Klantreis A special preview screening of The Customer Journey, followed by a conversation between audince and Amsterdamers with refugee backgrounds. Together, we explore what belonging means, the role of integration experiences, and how people draw on their own journeys to create a softer and more welcoming start for others.

• Location: VluchtelingenWerk, Bruggebouw, Bos en Lommerplein 303, 1055 RW Amsterdam. Entrance via the main entrance on the square side (Bos en Lommerplein).

Refugee Welcome Week NL 2026 is a refugee-led programme bringing together young refugees and newcomers across four Dutch cities. Over two weeks, participants take the lead as performers, curators, hosts, producers, and storytellers, creating spaces of connection through art, discussion, film, music, food, and community action.
